Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. General

By purchasing from Rich Picks, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all transactions, whether conducted online or in person.

2. Condition of Antiques

Nature of Goods: This collection consists of antiques and vintage furniture, art, curiosities, and decorative items. By their nature, these items will exhibit age-related wear, signs of use, and unique patinas.

Buyer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the buyer to satisfy themselves regarding the condition of an item prior to purchase. It is strongly encouraged that buyers request a detailed condition report or additional high-resolution photography before finalizing a transaction. This can be done through the 'Sales Enquiry' form on each product page.

Accuracy: While Rich Picks strives to describe all items accurately, any statement regarding age, origin, or condition is a statement of opinion and not a guarantee.

3. All Sales Final

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Rich Picks does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on condition issues that were visible or described, or for a "change of mind".

Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered in rare cases.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Territory: Delivery is available, for smaller items, to UK Mainland addresses only. Rich Picks does not currently offer international shipping.

Large Items: For larger pieces of furniture or delicate architectural items, delivery may be limited by geographic location. Local delivery may be possible in Somerset, at additional cost. Please enquire for further details.

Collection: Buyers are welcome to arrange their own collection or use a third-party courier by prior appointment. Rich Picks is not liable for any damage incurred once an item has been handed over to a third-party courier.
